At HeyPurple, we are dedicated to transforming the leasing process for property management companies (PMCs) through the power of artificial intelligence. Since the beginning of this year, we have been hard at work, culminating in our participation in the Y Combinator W24 batch to develop our AI Leasing Assistant: Purple.

Purple is designed to handle all your inbound inquiries from various listing sites such as Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Rent.com, Apartments.com, and more. Here is what Purple can do for you:

• Automated Lead Responses: When you receive a lead, Purple will instantly engage with prospective tenants, 24/7, without any delay (through text and email).
• Intelligent Question Handling: Purple provides accurate answers to prospective tenant questions (pet policy, property amenities, the application process, etc) based on a variety of data sources, including the property listing directly, your website, and additional knowledge that you can add in the app.
• Seamless Tour Scheduling: Purple coordinates with prospective tenants to find the best times for property tours and communicates this interest to the leasing manager, improving efficiency and minimizing no-shows.
• Effortless Communication: In the rare case when Purple needs assistance and it is unsure how to answer a prospective tenant question, it smartly redirects the query to the leasing manager along with a notification providing context to the conversation.
• Post-Tour Engagement: Purple continues communications post-tour to nurture leads who are ready to move forward with the leasing process, and notifies the leasing manager.
